Terms & Conditions
Payment & Cancellation:
Payment is due within three days of the cleaning date unless prior arrangements are made. We accept cash, personal checks, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, and credit or debit cards. Please make checks payable to Care Now Maid Aid LLC. Returned checks will have a $35 fee, and we do not accept post-dated checks. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as lockouts, denied entry, or alarm issues, will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Late payments will incur a 10% monthly fee, and clients are responsible for all collection costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees. Services may be discontinued after two weeks of non-payment unless prior arrangements are made.
Add-On Services Policy:
All cleaning services are provided according to the scope agreed upon at booking. Additional areas or add-on services won’t be completed without prior discussion and approval. We’re unable to accommodate last-minute requests, so please let us know in advance if you’d like extra services, allowing us to schedule the right time and staff.
Health & Safety:
If anyone in the household is feeling unwell with a contagious illness (including COVID), please reschedule. We may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
Pets Policy:
Please make sure pets are secured, kenneled, or kept outside and away from cleaning areas during service. If pets are loose, aggressive, or get in the way, we may skip those areas or stop service, and charges could still apply. Pet-friendly products are available upon request, and when asked, we’ll use only those in your home or business.
Service Scope & Limitations:
We don’t climb higher than a two-step ladder and won’t move furniture or items over 15 pounds. We also don’t clean biohazards, mold, pest infestations, or bodily fluids. In cluttered areas, we’ll clean around the items only.
Residential vs. Commercial Services:
We offer residential cleaning on a one-time basis only, including deep cleans and move-in/move-out services, but do not provide recurring residential cleanings. Recurring cleaning services are available only for commercial spaces.
Arrival Window
Service hours run from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, though arrival times may vary depending on the length of each job. Usually, 1 to 3 cleaning technicians will be assigned.
Entry & Access:
Clients need to make sure the property is accessible at the scheduled time. If access isn’t provided, a cancellation fee will be charged. If alarm codes are missing, faulty, or block entry, a lockout fee applies. Choosing to leave the property unsecured (like leaving the door unlocked or a key under the mat) means the client releases Care Now Maid LLC. Aid from any responsibility for damages or incidents before or after the service.
Utilities & Working Conditions:
The client is responsible for making sure electricity and running water are available during the service. For safety, the home should be kept at a comfortable working temperature. Care Now Maid Aid LLC. may refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.
Right to Refuse Service:
Care Now Maid Aid LLC. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or poses a risk to our team.
Satisfaction:
If you’re not happy with your cleaning, just let Care Now Maid LLC. Aid know within 24 hours of the service. We’ll come back and re-clean the affected areas at no extra charge. Because of the nature of our work and the costs we’ve already covered (like labor, time, travel, and supplies), we don’t offer refunds—our promise is to re-clean, not reimburse.
Damage, Breakage & Liability:
Up to $100 per item will be covered when value is verifiable
For items worth over $100, an insurance claim and investigation are required. Items over $25 need to be verified before reimbursement. Any breakage must be reported within 30 days of discovery. Care Now Maid Aid LLC. isn’t responsible for damage reported more than 48 hours after service, pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or improperly installed items. Damage caused by client-supplied cleaning products is also excluded, and cleaning high-value or sentimental items is done entirely at the client’s own risk.
Photo & Documentation Policy:
Care Now Maid Aid LLC. reserves the right to take before and after photos of the property for quality control, documentation, and protection against disputes. Photos will never be shared publicly without client consent.
Non-Solicitation of Employees:
Clients agree not to solicit or hire Care Now Maid Aid LLC. employees directly during service and for 12 months after service.
A violation will result in a $2,500 placement fee.
Pricing & Condition Clause:
If the home’s condition is noticeably different from what was shared at booking, Care Now Maid Aid LLC. may adjust pricing, focus on certain areas first, or reschedule the service. Breaks in service could lead to higher costs if more time is needed.
General Conditions:
We reserve the right to refuse or end service at any time. Our policies are designed to ensure the safety and well-being of both our clients and our cleaning team.
Gratuity:
Tipping is not required but always appreciated.
